No More Distractions
The Packers hopes for a perfect season are now over thanks to their loss to the Kansas City Chiefs, but now all the talk and hype are gone they are just another team trying to win a super bowl. Their next game is against the Chicago Bears on Christmas Day and they will finish up the season with the Detroit Lions on New Years. This will be their second meeting against both teams after beating them the first time around, This time when we played the Bears they had both Jay Cutler, and Matt Forte in the game but this time both will be sidelined with injuries.

Tasting Perfection
Its Week 14 and the Green Bay Packers still have a perfect season well with in reach after their 46-16 routing of the Oakland Raiders. The packers defense got us started quick with an interception only three minutes into the game leading to a 47YD TD run by Ryan Grant (getting the start due to injury to James Starks). Then its Aaron Rodgers turn throwing a 4YD TD to Ryan Taylor (first NFL touchdown, 18th different Receiver with TD). In the second quarter Rodgers would throw his second TD of the game on a 37YD strike to Jordy Nelson (Even when the Raiders had 12 men on the field), and that would be his final TD pass of the game because he would be sat down in the third quarter and replaced by Matt Flynn to preserve him for later games. Aaron aslo tied Brett Favre's record of 39 TD passes in a season.

Rematch For The Rose Bowl
Wisconsin came out of the gate on fire scoring on three straight drives to end the first quarter with a 14 point lead. But in the second quarter Michigan State scored 22 unanswered points to take the lead 29-21 into halftime. In the third quarter Russell Wilson connected with Jared Abbrederis for a 42 yard touchdown pass for our first score in 24 minutes, but our defense couldn’t force a stop and the Spartans still held and 8 point lead ending the 3rd quarter. In the fourth quarter the magic happened once again as Russell Wilson and Montee Ball put up 14 fourth quarter points and a 2PT conversion to lead the badgers to their second rose bowl appearance in two years…..GO BADGERS!!!!
